Getting started with your CSS dashboard is straightforward, but the login path depends on which solution you are using. Follow the instructions below to access your account.
1. Agency CSS Login #
Once you have accepted your invitation via email, use the following steps:

Login URL: Access your CSS Group at comparisonshoppingservices.google.com.

Navigation: Enter your CSS Group -> Select your CSS Domain -> Click “Merchants” in the left sidebar to reach your primary MCA and sub-accounts.
2. Keyword CSS Login #
Keyword CSS customers manage their accounts directly through a dedicated primary account:

Login URL: Access your MCA at merchants.google.com.

Navigation: Each keyword has its own dedicated MCA where your migrated Merchant Centers are managed.
Troubleshooting: “No Access” or Redirect Errors #
If you encounter an error page or a message saying you do not have access, please try the following steps:

Clean the URL: Check that the link you’re using is https://comparisonshoppingservices.google.com/.

Remove “/noaccess”: Sometimes the page adds
/noaccessto the end of the URL. Please remove that text from the address bar and press Enter. -
Try Another Browser: If the error persists, try logging in using a different browser or an Incognito/Private window.
Important Note: Never remove users created by adstrong or change their roles at the bottom of the user management page. These must remain as Admin to ensure your service stays active.
