- Log in to your Control MC.
- Click on cog wheel at the top right > Comparison Shopping Services* > expand “Comparison Shopping Services (CSSs) selection”.
- Ensure that your CSS is selected for running Google Shopping Ads outside of Europe and not any external CSS.
* If this point doesn’t show up. Please go to the Business Info section and add the Customer Service Infos. That should fix the issue, otherwise contact us.
