Adding Users To The Google CSS Support Portal

Access to the CSS Support Portal is granted to all Admin users of the “Primary CSS MCA” of your CSS.

When we created your CSS for you, we granted Admin access to your first CSS user to this MCA, allowing this user to access the CSS Support Portal. Make sure you are logged in with the correct user on Google.

You can add more users to the CSS Support Portal as follows:

  • Log in to your CSS Center and navigate to your CSS Domain.
  • Click on “Merchants” on the left – the account shown in the main area is your CSS MCA.
  • Navigate directly to your CSS MCA by clicking on the blue arrow on the right.
  • Adjust user rights by clicking on the gear icon at the top right and selecting “People and access”. On the following page, you can add and remove users and define roles.
  • To be invited, the corresponding email address must have a Google account. If not, it can be created easily on google.com.
  • Invited users will receive an email with an invitation link, which they must confirm.
  • New admin users typically gain access to the CSS Support Portal within one to two days.
